Juridica’s primary focus is to be a leader in the law capital and finance market, while promoting the evolution of more rational, market-based economic relationships in law and legal engagements.  We seek to accomplish this through the design and development of innovative yet responsible financial structures and investments.  

Rational economic innovations in the legal industry must respect the traditions of the legal profession, the duties of lawyers to the courts and their clients and the crucial role of the civil justice system in national and global markets. 

We believe that, within this framework--

• allowing new, tailored financing opportunities in law markets will promote both more efficient legal processes and better alignment of interest between lawyers and clients,                                                    
• the introduction of responsible risk capital into the legal milieu provides an important mechanism for businesses to better understand the merits and value of their claim, and                                                          
• sophisticated business stakeholders in disputes should have a more “free-market” and information-driven environment in which to hedge or monetize risk and claim outcomes.
