Juridica brings a highly disciplined, financial and risk-based approach to investments in law markets.  We engage in stringent due diligence when evaluating potential investments, examining numerous potential opportunities for every transaction we actually undertake or recommend.   

Juridica prefers to examine potential business-related claim investments that have been vetted and accepted by qualified lawyers.  Juridica is able to structure investments throughout the life cycle of a case, from pre-filing to post-judgment and appeal.  Juridica ordinarily does not structure investments in personal injury claims. 

Our due diligence process is carefully designed to preserve client confidentiality, lawyer-client privileges and work product protections.  Our due diligence process normally takes 30 to 60 days but can be completed in less time where conditions permit.
