Founder of Juridica, Richard Fields, has a long and distinguished career in private law practice. He has developed and pursued entrepreneurial innovations in the multi-billion dollar litigation space where the needs and requirements of law and finance meet.
Mr. Fields is a large-firm plaintiff’s lawyer who was a pioneer and innovator in bringing financial tools and thinking to corporate litigation to settle some of the largest cases in history. He has extensive experience in representing Fortune 100 companies as plaintiffs. Mr. Fields has been a successful entrepreneur in the law industry: Mr. Fields started a successful London-based company to trade insurance claims between global insurers and Fortune 500 companies and, independently.
With the help of leading experts in law, economics, finance, and professional ethics, the Juridica business model was conceived and developed to apply investment banking disciplines and approaches to the management of law risk and law capital.
The result is the Juridica group of companies, which launched in December 2007.
